Monte Due Torri: History, Nature and Tradition
A place between history and nature
Monte Due Torri owes its name to the homonymous relief that extends within a natural park of 20 hectares, just 30 km from Rome, in the heart of the Castelli Romani. This place is linked to an important historical episode: it is believed that Maecium stood here, an ancient fortified castle where, in 389 BC, the dictator Furio Camillo defeated the Volsci in a famous battle.
A farmhouse with ancient roots
The structure that today houses the agriturismo rests on solid Roman cisterns and is surrounded by medieval walls that tell its past. Once upon a time, the farmhouse served as a strategic outpost for controlling the road that led to Anzio. Immersed in the quiet of the mountain, it preserves an authentic architecture and respects a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach.
Hospitality and relaxation
Since 2010, Monte Due Torri has not only been a farmhouse, but also a refreshment and wellness point, with spaces dedicated to relaxation, recreation and a swimming pool. Warm welcome and hospitality have always been the distinctive features of this structure.

Surrounded by a suggestive landscape, guests can taste traditional dishes made with home-grown ingredients.
