In the heart of a territory rich in history and flavors, Casale del Marrone tells of an authentic passion for the land. This ancient building, now completely renovated, once served multiple functions: it was a barn, stable, chicken coop, warehouse and shelter for agricultural tools. Around it, the family carried out a valuable agricultural activity for generations, dedicated to the cultivation of chestnuts - the renowned Segnina chestnut from which the agriturismo takes its name - and olive trees, from which a fragrant and genuine oil was obtained.
The landscape was animated by the presence of animals such as cows, horses, goats, pigs, rabbits, sheep and chickens, while the orchard offered an explosion of colours and flavours: figs, pears, apples, cherries, pomegranates, peaches, walnuts and many other delights grew luxuriantly, enriching the land with their variety.
Today, this agricultural legacy is carried forward with the same commitment and dedication. Tradition and innovation meet to guarantee high-quality products, in full respect of nature.
