The farm, also active as an agritourism since 2000, is located in the Velletri area, an area renowned for the production of DOC grapes, oil, vegetables and fruit. The complex stands on ancient Roman walls and dates back to the 17th century, when the Ginnetti princes had it built to house stables and granaries. However, some structures present demonstrate that the site was already an important agricultural center in the first centuries AD.
Despite being immersed in the countryside, the property is well connected thanks to the urban bus service of Velletri and Cisterna, with the possibility of easily reaching Rome and Naples by train.
The agriturismo offers welcoming rooms, furnished with taste and simplicity, all with private bathrooms and independent entrances. Another strong point is the cuisine, which offers dishes rich in flavor and linked to local tradition, accompanied by wines from the company cellar. Among the specialties stand out the ravioli with courgette flowers, the cod cacciatore and a selection of homemade desserts, such as the fruit cake and the famous Nonna Papera cake, prepared with ingredients of own production.
